Flow- adjustable air knife.

? Push-pull screws are installed at the air outlet. The gap of elastic die lip can be varied to achieve quick adjustment of the local air outlet flow.

? With the use of air knife,  a thin layer of air is formed on the surface of the film and the chill roll to enable uniform cooling of the film, and  more consistent thickness , closer touch to the roll in the process of high-speed production, contributing to less wrinkle/spot and better appearance.

? The surface is all hard chrome plated and the fasteners are made of 12.9 high strength bolts.

?The gap of the elastic die lip can be quickly varied by a portable push-pull screw, so as to achieve quick adjustment and optimization of lateral uniformity of product thickness ,and/or a thinner edge.
